I have always found Jenny very friendly, extremely efficient and punctual and would always use her for jobs and advice. She knows her job, will come up with lots of ideas etc; and has a very good understanding of the whole picture, – all in all a delight to have around one! Also , I would always recommend her. From the first time I met het her at Broad Oak Manor and she put herself out for my Mother, I have been totally impressed. She has done such wonderful things for us which I would never have been able to even contemplate. And with such humour! She is inspirational and knows when enough is enough and seems to understand her clients – and their husbands – so well. I would, and have, recommended her to everyone. She is one in a million and is able to adapt to everyone’s budget and taste without any sign of criticism of us lesser mortals’ ideas.
